kidwired
The buttons are not showing in my new install, I cant view them when I point my browser to catalog/includes/languages/english/images/buttons/anybutton.gif. Permissions are 777. heres the real interesting part.... if I rename "includes" to "notincludes" I can view the pics in my browser.
Ajeh
How do you have DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT defined in your /includes/configure.php and did you turn on Use Search Engine Friendly URLs?
kidwired
Hi Linda, We looked at my DOC_ROOT in another thread already, I reposted regarding the same issue thinking I had narrowed it down to Apache and that a more specific post would be helpful. I dont see anything regarding "enable search engine friendly" but I have "prevent spider sessions" set to false. Is that the same thing?
Ajeh
Look in ... Admin ... Configuration ... My Store ... Use Search-Engine Safe URLs (still in development) Is that set to false? If not, set to false. Do you have a URL? It would make this a bit easier.

Ajeh
What does your /includes/configure.php file look like? Without the passwords and such. Note: I cannot pull up: http://w3.specialtyparts.com/catalog/inclu...ton_reviews.gif And the filenames are lowercase? And do they have a size to them? Have you tried to delete them and reload the buttons?
kidwired
As described in my post that does not work but this does, same files just renamed includes to "notincludes" http://w3.specialtyparts.com/catalog/notin...ton_reviews.gif

kidwired
yes, I noticed a .htaccess in includes that was not in "notincludes". I killed it and all is good!
Ajeh
Those .htaccess files can be a problem sometimes. Glad you got things working!
