Individual Product Shipping Methods

Hi

I'm trying addon http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/4674, as it seems to meet my needs.

However, there is an problem with a deprecated database query

Deprecated: mysql_query(): The mysql extension is deprecated and will be removed in the future: use mysqli or PDO instead in /volume1/web/Test234/catalog/includes/classes/shipping.php on line 28

I see that this is a Osc2.2 addon, and the I'm using 2.3.4, which has these deprecated database mysql commands removed.

The offending code is

$sql = "SELECT shipping_methods FROM ".TABLE_PRODUCTS." WHERE products_id IN (".implode(',',$real_ids).") AND shipping_methods IS NOT NULL AND shipping_methods <> ''";
$query = mysql_query($sql);

Is anyone using this addon and can advise, or can anyone help with changing the mysql?

try changing mysql_query to tep_db_query, this way it uses the oscommerce functions

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support).

So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?!

Find the most frequent unique errors to fix:

grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt

thanks, that worked, and also worked with other "mysql_"  functions.  The addon works now, and seems to give the result I want.

Thanks for the quick reply
