Error uploading images in product description

Hello support community,

I recently did a server migration, and updated from 2.3.1 to 2.3.3 to fix the php session errors. However some of the images in my product descriptions are now much larger and take over some of the text (when they usually were resized automatically in the past). I've been resizing them to work again, but when I try to upload images I've discovered a new error:

Warning: chmod(): Operation not permitted in /home/s1056909/public_html/online/admin/includes/classes/upload.php on line 87

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/s1056909/public_html/online/admin/includes/classes/upload.php:87) in /home/s1056909/public_html/online/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 38

As stated in other threads, I've double checked all my permissions are correct (Directory permissions 755, Files 644, Two configure.php files 444). However I still get this error when uploading images. Weirdly however, it's only on images that have a - or space in the filename, if I remove any spaces or - it works.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to either fix the oversized image problem and/or the uploading of images with '-' or spaces in the filename.
