austcoll
Hi All I have a shop running on OSC 2.3.4 and I have Paypal Standard Version: 3.2 installed, It is Australian website selling to all world, defalt currency is AUD but have different currency activated too. http://getsale.com.au/ However I get some of Paypal orders go through and some of them doesn't go through!? When I go to the Admin, orders and the order is there and says Payment Method:PayPal (including Credit and Debit Cards) but there is no payment! Some that the payment has gone through says this one in the order history; 19/11/2014 05:05:26 PayPal [Transactions] PayPal IPN Verified [Transaction ID: 0WH04557MJ6****0J; Completed (Unverified; $67.21)] Any idea why some of the Paypal orders wouldn't go through? What is the proper set up for Paypal for Australian Websites selling in Australia and internationaly? Many thanks in advance Mitchell
austcoll
Also one of my customers who had trouble paying with Paypal sent me this email; ____________________________________________ I went to paypal, it says I cannot pay it and I went back to order, but the order didn't have a pay button, only have a back button, so I click the back and a new order came out. That's why I have to make two orders. you should have a pay button on your order page. austcoll
Hi again all, I just had my second order received from a customer but the order came through twice, and I received two Paypal payments!I also received this email from the customer! To whom it may concern, please be advised that during my recent order your website advised that payment via PayPal did not go through, hence the order was reviewed and replaced. Upon reordering I realised through my email account that the transaction was doubled up. Please be advised that only 1pair of boots and 1pair of 'socks' is required, and I wish to be reembursed for the other transaction.Thank you kindly,Jasmin
