I have not done this, but I do believe that you need to take your header and footer code out of the bodyWrapper divs. The header code is in the includes/template_top.php and the footer code is in the includes/template_bottom.php. Just move the two bits of code that call the header and footer. Like I say, I have not tried this, but I am sure thats what others did. if in doubt use google to search this forum and find the relevant posts.
