burt
Overall, a nice looking site and I suspect you learned a lot in a very short space of time. Well done. 1. In the header, the text for the info links and shopping cart area would look better as white text. 2. SEO, the site needs seo before Google gets at it. The latest SEO package with all the latest ideas for the social aspect (facebook, pinterest, twitter) of SEO is http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/8864 - install that ASAP. It's a 20 minute installation from start to finish using a merge program such as winmerge.
♥Tsimi
well done. love the header logo, very nice. i like the simple design. somebody said once, less is more. ;) i have only three questions: 1. what shopping cart module/add-on is that inside the header? 2. which slider did you use for the startpage? 3. did you build that shop all by yourself? (w00t) holy %'&$, didn't notice that. i have seen similar shopping carts with the similar bag but inside the bag you can see the count number of items inside the cart. but this one is cool. could add the following modification: http://multimixer.gr/05/01/2012/add-remove-button-to-shopping-cart-page/

Thanks, really happy with where I got to and have quite a few ideas (design-wise) that I might add in now I have have a better idea of what's what. 1. the header links... I thought the same and changed the listing in the jquery stylesheet, but then found this also controls the text in the menus bars of the admin area. I tied to set my own stylesheet and link to that, but when I did it was still being over-ruled by the setting in jquery. Any thoughts on how to over-rule the font setting in the jquery stylesheet? 2. SEO - have downloaded and will take a look at making these changes later on tonight.

Thank you. Built by myself? yes and no. Almost all of this design/coding come from a fantastic ebook http://www.oscbooks.com/oscommerce-ebooks/designing_oscommerce_23x.php - best £10 I've spent so far. The slider is coin slider - http://workshop.rs/projects/coin-slider/ the cart isn't an add-on, but purely code changes as suggested from the above book, removing the box modules from the main content area and then re-inserting them into the header area. SquirrelHosting
@@srphotos : Nice looking site (especially like the logo). I would consider using white text in the red div at the top (grid_4). Can be quite hard to read the black on red.
