Skrill / Moneybookers - First and Last Name and Date of Birth not prefilled when posting to Skrill Payment Gateway

Hello,

 

I just noticed, that in my 2.3.3.4 store, when the client is checking out by Skrill payment method, and the client is redirected to the Skrill gateway https://www.moneybookers.com/app/payment.pl

the only field which is prefilled is the email address.

The following fields are NOT prefilled

First Name

Last Name

Date of Birth

 

Regarding the customer experience this can be very annoying to enter the same information again, which has already been entered during the osCommerce checkout.

As a result, I've many lost orders, because some people stop here and don't go further. I believe the problem exists in previous versions, too.

 

I'm using the built-in moneybookers payment module included in v2.3.3.4

 

Anyone else with this problem ?
