zeus_r6 Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 So after having nothing but problems with PayPal, we did some digging and came across this site: http://www.paypalsucks.com/ After going through their site, they show http://www.merchantinc.com/ as a good alternative to PayPal. After getting set up with MerchantInc. (or so we thought we were set up with Merchantinc.) We immediately had about $1000 in sales from our osC store put on hold pending a "risk assessment". Anytime we call, they are rude, talk down to you and even try to argue. They avoid answering any phone calls as well. This is nonsense. It has been 3 weeks now and apparently we aren't even with MerchantInc, rather ipayment. It makes no sense how we were even diverted over to ipayment and now seeing other merchants being scammed by them on this site: http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/ipayment-inc-c198693.html Has anybody else had this problem??
