This site is the basic theme that comes as standard in osCommerce. This theme is not a theme that introduces a customer to a site properly, in terms of "is this site trustworthy", "does the site look professinal" and so on.
If you value your online business, put some effort/money into making the site better looking and more welcoming.

I used to love this area of these forums as people used to ask for constructive critism and ffeedback of stores that had time and effort put into them.
Have a look at this page http://healthfulstore.com/product_info.php?cPath=47&products_id=33 you have a question mark in a black triangle on the page. You may have to search the forums to see why that is, but the answer is there.
I do not know what you have done to your product pages but the image looks to have moved across a bit, which is scrunching up the text on the page. There is also a lack of capital letters at the beginning of a sentace. Basic grammar. Get it right.
Read through your conditions of use age. there seems to be a mix of capitalisation which requires sorting out.
As you do not have a full right column, remove it. Move the currencies and languages to the header, and the others across to the left column. This will widen your page and make your cramped product text look better.
At which point I got bored. All I can say is that now you have the basic store sorted, try making it stand out from the rest. Try to think like a customer and look at your site as a customer would. Then ask yourself why should a customer buy from you, and not one of your competitors, and give your site a USP, because at the minute it is worse that some of your competitors, and they have more information than you do.

REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder, so dont bother sending PMs asking for help as you wont get any.
OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.
