Can someone help me with this error log?

The error is common, but the file (settings.php) is NOT from a standard installation of osCommerce.  I would check the contents of that file to see what it does.

This error keeps repeating

It is hard to say why your site keeps trying to access those anomalous files but have you considered your site has been hacked ?  What version are you running ?

Sometimes you get the $end error if the end on the file is missing.

This error

/var/log/www/temp/page_parse_time.log

is because you have logging turned on but the path to the file specified in the shop admin settings does not exist.

Just change it to point to a valid directory and hey presto that is one error fixed.

If this has been working and just started to fail, you should ask your host to look at the errors since something on the server probably changed.}

The dates of those error logs was last year. My admin was ok during this month when all of a sudden June 12 when I checked my site "It says the site is under maintenance then I called my host if they have back up of my files and they help me restore the site. However when I tried loging in on my oscommerce admin tool. The login tool just keeps repeating. I don't know what happen. Then I found some help on this forum saying to delete this code on .htaccess and remove .htpasswd_oscommerce when I tried login in again without any username and password. It's telling Error: Invalid administrator login attempt.

It sounds like it is saying you are using the wrong username/password. Are you sure there isn't a message saying you have to wait 5 minutes to login? If not, you'll probably have to reset the login. If it is, then look up the way around that posted here on the forums.
