This is a live store.
I would appreciate any comments or suggestions on my store. Web design and creativity are not my strong points. I am in the process of putting all my products in and have 1000 so far.
Thanks

Interesting ...
I think the colour scheme works very nicely given the topic of the site.
Just a couple of things that I noticed ... the logo text is a little "jaggedy" and could do with being anti-aliased in a graphics package of some sort. If you haven't already got one, do a google search for Paint Shop Pro and download the free demo.
Also, I thought that there may have been a few too many categories.
Perhaps look at reducing them into categories & subcategories? It was just (in my opinion anyway) just a bit too much to take in at one go ...
Well done though - nice site!

Ali,
I agree about there being too many categories. Once I have all my products entered I will then consolidate them.
I'm also working on the logo.
I appreciate your input!!!

I think the site is pretty well done. The colors suit the "antique" style that you are trying to present. I would suggest perharps you change the font style to "verdana" or "ariel" .

Snagel,
I tried the drop down box but it made the left side too wide, I will just cut down the number of categories and add more subs.
Sunburn,
I changed the font to verdana and I think it makes it easier to read.
Thanks for the suggestions!!!!
Now I just need to sell my "goodies"
