Where i can find the email that osccommerce-shop uses?

I dont recive the custommers ínvoices and also the emails aren´t delivered from the shop, but in the upper part appears in green and ok.

Both, the email function isn´t working, probably because i don´t add anywhere a email of my shop (or i don´t remember this step)
