Hi.
In my folder admin\includes I found .php file ''column_left_hacks.php''. Does it means that the page is hacked? Could it be by addon?

If you have had someone else do work to your site, it could be their backup file, however it's not named very well. In any case, it is not used by osCommerce so you can delete it.
