When accessing the admin section, I now get the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function buildBlocks() on a non-object in /home/content/09/7603609/html/store/admin/includes/template_top.php on line 13
Any ideas?

You uploaded your catalog/includes/template_top.php to catalog/admin/includes/template_top.php. Replace it with the correct file.
