Hi guys. I just started up my web store today and have only one product on it to test out. I thought I did everything right, so I went to the actual site to give it a run through. I added the item to my cart, filled in all the info, went to submit (which should take me to my paypal page), but I got this error message:

"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."

Anyone have any idea what this could be?

Thanks a ton!
V/R
Anthony

@dirtypeacocks

That error means you have not completed the PayPal Express API credentials OR, you have the module in Sandbox Mode.

Double checking the OScommerce settings, I have live checked, so I'm thinking it may be the paypal credentials part. How do I go about ensuring that has been done? Thanks :-)

@dirtypeacocks You need to login to your paypal account and request the API credentials which need to be added to your settings.
