I installed a theme and had it working properly. I tried to install an SEO modification which can be found here:
http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2823/. I ran into some issues with it and pages weren't displaying properly so I undid all the coding settings that I had made to htaccess, and a few files in the admin and includes folders and re-uploaded these files.
However, the categories are not displaying properly in a menu bar and the page title is not displaying properly. You can see the issue on

Does anyone have any ideas about which files I should be taking a look at to try to resolve this issue or what the issue might be?
