Hey guys,
I need to give tax exemption for one of our customers for everything that they order and I'm not really sure how to go about doing that.
Sorry I don't know much about programming so any help would be much appreciated!

SPPC has the functionality to allow tax exemptions for customers. However, the installation is quite extensive and ranks as one of the harder contributions. A good grasp of PHP is required for this one.

Chris's suggestion will work, but I have to wonder why you are charging taxes in the first place unless the customer is in the same state or you have a business location in that state.
Our company uses a slightly modified version of http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/944 to allow business in the same state to buy from us tax free.
