I need your help

I found a dutch site in the Netherlands with a nice shipping module  http://www.mobile-harddisk.nl

1- if you select a item you get the option to add options / extra's / service with a image next (NICE is this)

2- Delivery Information / depending of the country / options nice

3- Payment
4- Total overview

Who have a idea witch modules and template is used here ?

In oscommerce there is UPS module which works like TNT and store pickup shipping method (ref to your screen shots).

If you want TNT be used then check for this addon.
