Hi:

Since the USPS (United States Postal Service) made changes to it's website, customers
are no longer able to select USPS as the shipper, and add shipping charges when at
store check-out.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to update your USPS shipping module to a compatible version.  I suggest USPS Methods or USPS V4 rates . Suggested under the presumption you are using osCommerce v2.3.1
