That typically means you have have 'whitespace' on a PHP page. Correct the code edit issues and ONLY use a text editor to edit PHP files.

Thank you all guys, it worked on the 2nd attemp, I'm not sure what I did wrong on the 1st, I do think it was an excidental "whitespace"

It could be. If you use Dreamweaver or Frontpage or any other GUI file editor the often leave hidden formatting code at the top of the file.
