Hello,

I just started to try a Oscommerce template and everything is fine until I tried to regist as a customer and failed to log in.

It shows:
This area is password protected
Please enter the password below

I tried many password and non of them working.

How to fix this problem?

This forum does not support commercial templates.  However, it sounds like the problem is there is an .htaccess protection problem.  Modify  the .htaccess file to remove/ modify the password.

Thank you for the reply, I disable the protection on .htaccess, but still doesn't work.

I would check with your hosting provider to see if they have it protected.
