Hi,
I have a new 2.3.1 OSCommerce installation, which is running fine, however periodically customers cannot log in to their member area..... the page seems to refresh, then on trying again it displays an email/password is incorrect.... sometimes this works, and other times fails.
What could be the issue, and can anyone help me out please? It's driving me crazy.

An intermittent problem is almost impossible to diagnose. It could be the customers browser settings or it could be a code issue on your website. Check your error logs to see if that gives you more information about the problem.

I have suddendly the same problem. I tested by myself and it says, always "did you forgot the password...." and empties also the cart
