I am using oscommerce on localhost with XAMPP.
With the modules installed FedEx Freight.
Buy product, payment checkout_payment.php this error appears:
This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.
Does anyone have any idea what can be.

You can't access an outside server from your local machine without setting up the proper ports. Use a shipping method that does not require a live quote for testing on your local machine.
