Hi,

I'm working on a V2.2MS install and I'm creating some extra pages. These pages need contact forms on them.

With so many add ons to choose from can anyone help me them narrow down / or maybe point me in the direction of any custom code to do this? (I have Googled!)

I'm looking for:

The ability to add a contact form to any custom page.

The ability to add up to 6 fields (single line / multi line text input)

Redirect to a confirmation page.

First of all, don't waste your time on a v2.2 MS installation.  You would be installing a version that is 3 versions old.

Also, you don't create multiple contact us forms, you simply link to the original contact form from your additional pages.

Hi Chris,

Thanks for the reply.

It's a client's site so I'm stuck with that version for the time being.

And each of the forms has different fields specific to the content on each page.
