Hi guys need to be able to change the order status without looking into the store admin for security. If I could change it via the email conformation it would be perfect thanks

There currently isn't a method to change it via email. In fact, I believe the security of your store would be compromised if you created a script that made database changes via email, so I suggest you don't do this.

sorry for all the questions, i am trying to create a multi admin and have access level i have been trying to follow the setup up but its out dated. Is there any new versions? This is one i tried
