The person that originally set up the shopping cart site using OS commerce is no longer in business. I host the site for the owner and know how to make small changes, but the problems she is experiencing are beyond me. Customers are putting items in the shopping cart, and then when they go to check out, the shopping cart is empty. I've tried to find someone else to just take over the site, but have had no luck doing so. It is at www.agifttotreasure.com if someone can look and give me any suggestions, that would be great. I didn't have any problems creating an account, logging in or adding items to the cart using FF13.0...HOWEVER, you have an ILLEGAL credit card module enabled on the website that COULD get YOU and the OWNER a fine up to $50,000. I suggest removing it from the website.
What browser are you using ?
