Hi,

I have a shop under constuction with two languages ENG and SWE. Using mindsparx template, have populate with some items, also some other modifications and add-ons.
Now I would like to hide and temporary shout down the english part of the shop, just using the Swedish. But keep the possibility to open up for English in the future.
Please advice.

Regards

Gobri

That's going to be fairly complicated. I'm not aware of any add-on or setting to do this, so it will probably take some code modification. First of all, English must be available as a fallback if a Swedish text definition isn't available, so you don't want to remove the English files. Second, application_top.php is going to select English if that's what the browser is configured to use. You will need to modify application_top.php to force Swedish as the language regardless of what the browser wants. Finally, any place that allows a language selection will have to be modified to hide the selection. I think that hiding the box will be enough, as Swedish should already be the default selection.
