I administer an ecomm site using osC.  We've discovered that every order is getting 1 pound added to the weight for the order.

So for example, if I order something that is .25 pounds in weight, the shipping cost gets calculated on a weight of 1.25 pounds.

This happens for both our UPS shipping module and our USPS module.

Anyone have an idea?  Is there some sort of minimum shipping weight option somewhere?

Did you check in the admin area under configuration>> packaging/shipping to see if the TARE weight is set ?

Disredard.  Found the Tare Weight set to 1 pound.
