I want to purchase a template with an OSCommerce cart built in. As far as I can tell customers can not procede through check-out without registering. Is it possible to entirely skip registration process and go straight to shipping information and shipping fees?

You can reduce the number of steps to process a transaction, however because of increased fraud, most online processors REQUIRE an account on either the website OR at the online processor (PayPal). Therefore, registration is required.
