Hi,
I have just installed version 2.3.1 via Softaculous to my Cpanel. I received the installation email that contained my login info and when I go to my administration and put in my username and pw  I get Error: Invalid administrator login attempt
I am putting in the exact login info that I am supposed to. I have checked and double checked. Caps Lock not on, etc.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

It happened to me and it was a problem with .htacess file

Is the Domain name an Addon Domain or on a Hosting Account by itself?
