Alter the boxes position in your admin.  Click on modules and then boxes.  The positions can be altered there.

thatpart where it says"SortOrder"?has anumbering(1000,1222,5501)

Its not too clear but 1000 numbers are generally in the left column  and 5000 numbers are in the right column.  You alter the columns by editing the bos and making either left or right active.
