Can anyone introduce me to hoopay?,not talking about their module but mostly how it works,how you rate it,its pros cons etc
Ohh by the way also its installation module is a bit diferent can you explain right procedure please?

Perhaps you should contact them for information about their service. As for a payment module, I am sure the contribution from 2009 will need to be updated to work with v2.3.1
