Will 3.x have a page for the customer to enter their credit card information or will each of the payment modules need to use the providers own payment page?
If 3.x will support both models (vendor-hosted and merchant-hosted payment acceptance), which are the appropriate php page(s) for the merchant-hosted payment entry page?
