i install the UPSXML for my site and then i got this email
UPSXML Rates Error: 10002: The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid experienced by customer with id on

is there any one who can help me

Did you obtain your UPS XML Access key from the UPS site and put it into the Module set up menu ?
