I would like to develop a custom module for my company, but when I go through the website I cannot find these information.

So can anybody please tell me where is the documentation of developing a module for oscoomerce?

There isn't a document to outline the requirements of new contributions.  I suggest downloading a couple of contributions to see how they are structure and use as an example of how to create a new one.
