I wish to create a downloadable product with multiple files that can be downloaded.
At the moment it's one file or the other, how do I change it so if they buy a product they get all files I've included?

In a standard installation, if the customer purchases multiple virtual files, then the customer received multiple download buttons. If it is not working, then there is a problem with your installation.

Sounds like he is looking at selling 1 product with multiple files.
