hey guys,
im looking at getting an online shop up and running, and oscommerce looks like it may be the way to go. however i just have one requirment that i need to ensure this software will meet.
Basically I want to be able to have certain products that are only available to certain users. I need to be able to give particular users access to products that are "hidden" from everyone else, and that wont show up to other people browsing the site, and registered users who i havent given access to these products.
is this something that can be done using oscommerse?

I can't seem to rember any add-ons which do this right off the bat...but anyone of the add-ons which have customer groups functionality could be further modified to achive something like this.

You could use something like Password Protect Categories which requires customers to have a password to access a category.
