Can I restrict card types with Paypal Standard?

PayPal Standard is for PayPals 3 party payment processing and do not use your own Merchant account even if you have one. So any payment which is accept by Paypal will be available via the PayPal payment page.

If you have your own Merchant acocunt then you can look at PayPal Payflow or other payment gateway solutions instead.
