AsI can change for theindexbelowtoseean animationPanel(green)?

For example the green part will be a jquery effect. we'll see later, but the 1st I want to know how to edit but the design of the index?

If you are looking to add that green box, you would have to add code to the header.php file and then define the color in the stylesheet.css file.
