Hi,

i was going to use osc as the foundation of some projects, but I am concerned on the lack of being able to change the appearance of it. I've tried installing the STS module, but with no luck. I've seen some other designs, but it looks like its a complete install of osc again for that template!!.

will osc have a template/design framework included one day?, something like cs-cart where you have a bunch of templates and simple choose one

I don't have experience on the "pretty" side of OSC, but what is everyone doing and where/what are the basic files someone would alter to change the appearance of the site ?

thanks,
Johnny

@Sticcino,

STS became obsolete when v2.3.1 was introduced. You have two choices use Theme Roller to create a theme or create a full template. I prefer the full template because it allows me to make ANY changes I want, where Theme Roller has limitations.

I have created a commercial template system for v2.3.1, however I have not released it as an add on at this time.

There is some talk about v3.x having a template system but when it will be released is unknown.
