hi, i use 2.3.1 when i ad 32pics i see only 24 in the shop. Any way to change this? thx

i'm wrong ; i see only 19 pics in the shop and the admin has saved 19 also. Strange that i can add more pics but saving only 19

This community is very active but you likely didn't receive a response because you answered your own question. You are correct when you say that only 19 images are displayed on the product_info page and it is odd that you are still allowed to upload more on the categories.php page.

A quick look at other posts would have revealed that this forum is not dead. I expect the problem was that the poster wanted an answer quickly. This forum is supported by members and it is all done for free. Occasionally you may have to wait for a reply.

I am not a coder. OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.

are you uploading all the images at the same time???
If you do then check your php configuration for uploading file.......
You have to set maximum value i.e. 20MB or more then that.
Please take backup of your files before do changes suggested by me
