I am new to OS Commerce and having trouble. I found out that there is not a way to modify text like a richtext editor. I read on the forum about ckeditor and tried to download it. I get the message to save or open but nothing happens. Any body out there know what to do? If I get it open how do I apply it to my store to use it?

@fqstore,

Well, I went to the OS Commerce site and searched in the contributes and was able to download an updated ckeditor. Now the instructions say to upload the editor into my admin directory and I don't know how to do it. Can you help again?

You need to use FTP to upload these files. There are free programs available. google will find them and explain how to set them up.
Failing that if you have it, you can use the file manager within your hosting account.

REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder, so dont bother sending PMs asking for help as you wont get any.
OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.
