You are going to have give a bit more info than that. People will not waste their time trying to guess what you have done wrong.
REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
I am not a coder. OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.

Could the jquery for the buttons and the accordian already be in your ext/jquery/ui/jquery-ui-1.8.6.min.js file.
