Been practicing how to use/design oscommerce for 5 months now. I have good knowledge of html and css and l know a little of php. I want to start making money by building shops for local businesses, but I don't know how much to charge for labor. It's going to be my first shop so I don't want to overprice. Please give me an idea. :)

My $.02: Pricing for local businesses depends on where you live and how much people pay for professional services in that area. Charge less than you think you should, but tell your first few customers that you're new (but persistent) and that you're doing for them at a discount in exchange for the live experience.

In my opinion, NOBODY should be offering services the first year of using osCommerce. You simply don't have enough experience. Furthermore, if you are still posting for help on this forum more than you are offering help, you should not be offering services.
