Google checkout not calling google for payment

Hi all, i just upgraded my old store to the latest version of oscommerce, i have installed google checkout but is having a problem. while doing a test check, after selecting google and click to checkout, iam not being sent to google for payment instead returned to the shopping cart. Can anyone tell me where i have gone wrong? thanks

normally you click on the "Google Checkout" button on the shopping cart page, sounds to me that you forgot to update the code, simply go through the installation steps and don't skip them.

8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself.
Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
