Looks like an ancient version of osCommerce. Not a good idea to use that (screenshots say copyright 2003, osCommerce....)

What about downloading the latest version (2.3.1)?

it got the project "mobile_electronics_osc" in that version so need it.

You will probably need to update the whole shop aswell as the install scripts.....those are way to old and as such not compatible with modern server configuration.

Ok then find a version of xampp that runs the version of php and mysql that this version of osc requires

I belive the current version is 1.7.1 runs php 5.2, you need at least version 1.4 of xampp.
