I am trying to find what I need to change to make the image larger on the caterories page when the customer views it.

The default in admin on Heading Images is 57 x 40
I'm trying to reset it to 45 x 65. When I change the sittings in admin it has no effect on the catalog side. They still appear 57x40.

Also my Logo sites right on top of the header bar. How can I drop the bar down or make the area where the logo gos higher?

If the images setting in admin have no effect on our website image size, then you will have to edit the files themselves.

As for the logo/header question, that can be changed in the stylesheet.css file.

That is what I'm trying to do. I just can not find the correct file. I also can not find the stylesheet.css. I evan ran "find" and it came up empty.

Front page, sub categories, categories and manufacturer pages are all index.php

If you do not have a stylesheet.css file then you probably are using a template and should contact your template provider for support and help.

The stylesheet is called stylesheet.css and is found in your catalog folder, or yourr root folder. You need to alter the header height to fit with your image size.

Look for

#header {

in the stylesheet.

I think the heading images may be defunct for the latest version of oscommerce. They used to be in the top right corner of some pages in verion 2.2

I am not a coder. OSC has a steep learning curve, but in general the program does work. If it doesnt work, the chances are it is something you have done.
