Upgrading to PHP Version 5.3.9; will cause problems?

My server has an old version of PHP running on it. I am about to update it to the latest version 5.3.9 (uses 5.2.17 today) but I wanted to check here to see if it has caused anyone any problems running an OSC shop after doing this? Any advice is appreciated.
