Dropdown City needs to be at least 3 letters in length

hello.. I changed my city field in create_account.php into dropdown list.. when I submit the form, a pop up/alert box appears and says that the city must be a minimum of 3 letters? how can I remove this error?

i changed this code:

Go to Admin->>Configuration->>Minimum Values.

You can set your values there.
Remember to backup database, files and pictures.

hello sir, thanks for the reply.. I changed the min values to zero and the error was removed..i viewed my database and just discovered my mistake why the error occurs.. It is was city_id that was stored in to the address book instead of city_name.. Can you help me fix this? here's the whole create_account.php code..

nvermind sir..i fixed it myself..
changed this code:


$city_array[] = array('id' => $city_values['city_id'], 'text' => $city_values['city_name']);

to this:


$city_array[] = array('id' => $city_values['city_name'], 'text' => $city_values['city_name']);
