Looks good Harald.
I suspect the typical shop owner will not understand 90% of it, and the typical developer might not need so much information...or in other words;
who is the documentation aimed at? If it is for the shop owners, perhaps some less technical and more "flowery" words can be used?

Hi Gary..
Thanks for the feedback! The Developers chapter is aimed at those working with the source code and API.
API documentation will also be made available to document class methods and parameters, however it will not provide examples of usage. This is where the Developers chapter comes in to describe how to do stuff with the framework.
More articles will be posted after v3.0.3 - the next ones will document the architecture of the framework and how Sites and Applications work.
Kind regards,

Hi Laurent..
It's possible to do that here and have added a new French section to the documentation:
http://forums.oscommerce.com/page/docs-fr
You should have access to add and edit entries in the categories.
This can be further worked on to allow others to help out as well and to do the same for other languages.
Kind regards,

Hi Laurent..
You should now be able to edit the English articles to see the raw article with bbcodes. This should make it easier for you to copy and translate.
